How To Install A Real Estate Sign Post

Step One: Layout existent estate post components that were included in the box. At a minimum you should take a mail service, cross arm, cap, pale and primal. There may be other upgrades such equally bases, rider clips, etc. depending on your order.
	Step Two: Using a hammer, drive the real estate mail stake into ground. Make sure that stake is directly while hammering. If yous are in an area where the footing is difficult come across the great tip beneath to make the installation a cakewalk!

	Step Three: The pale should be driven downwards until the bottom plate is flush with the ground. The bottom plate should be facing forward in the desired direction of the existent estate post arm.
Step Four: Slide the vinyl real manor postal service over the pale until it touches the basis. The holes on the post should be at the acme and facing in the desired management of the sign arm.
	Step Four (continued): The picture to the left shows a post correctly installed. Annotation that the post holes are at the top, facing forward and the post is level.
Step Iv: Slide the vinyl real manor mail service arm into the post. Make sure that the slots are facing up and the nylon grommets for the heart hooks are facing out. Slide the arm through the holes until the slots are aligned on the inside of the post.
	Step Five: Slide the central into the slots of the existent estate postal service arm until it locks in place. This will secure the arm.
Step Six: Slide the mail cap onto the height of the real estate post.
	Pace Seven: Screw the eye bolts into the grommets. Choose the hole placements based on the size of yous sign.
Step 8: Attach your existent estate sign to the sign arm using the stainless steel sign clips.
	Footstep 9: Attach rider to acme of sign arm. This applies to orders where the optional rider clips are selected past the customer.
